It is the level of application of hygiene and sanitation that is assessed through inspection activities starting from the receipt of raw materials to presentation with the aim of ensuring food is safe for consumption to consumers. Valid for food business in the hotel, restaurant, food hall, canteen and catering sector. The criteria set refer to the regulations issued by the Food Competent Authority such as the Regulation of the Minister of Health and the Regulation of the Head of the POM. By obtaining an IAPMO Good Hygiene Rating, it can be used as evidence of the application of the Basic Prerequisite Program that leads to a food safety system
Hygiene Rating for UMKM
It is the level of application of hygiene and sanitation which is assessed through inspection activities ranging from food processing to presentation with the aim of ensuring food is safe for consumption to consumers. Valid for micro/ small/ medium culinary sector businesses such as stalls, food/beverage sellers with carts, tent stalls, etc. The criteria set refer to the principles of good hygiene and are combined with the regulations issued by the Competent Authority in the field of food. By obtaining the IAPMO Hygiene Rating, it can provide evidence that micro/ small/ medium culinary businesses apply high hygiene standards to support food safety
